This role supports the Treasury function by coordinating with banks managing loan and trade structures and ensuring operational execution of treasury strategies The candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and the back office to ensure smooth treasury operations and compliance KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Bank Coordination Trade Structures Support Trade Facilities Drawdowns in coordination with Operation Business Central Treasury and Finance take them to bank as and when needed Liaise with banks for facility documentation renewals and transitions from unsecured to secured structures Ensure compliance with documentary requirements under trade finance facilities Support in covenant management and relationship handling with financial institutions Treasury Operations Work with input from the back office to manage daily liquidity decisions Ensure correct recognition of trade facilities in financial statements Monitor debt schedules and support refinancing and capital structure optimization Monitor cash balances and ensure its either invested in deposits MF or business else arrange the repatriation Stakeholder Engagement Coordinate with internal teams Finance Business Controllers Operations for data inputs trade documentation and reporting Support treasury calls and funding decisions based on consolidated data System Process Support Assist in Kyriba implementation and banking structure optimization Recommend operational improvements to enhance treasury efficiency EXPERIENCE SKILLS COMPETENCIES 7-10 years experience Robust stakeholder management understanding of trade finance structures and experience in treasury operations Strong understanding of trade finance loan structures and treasury operations Proficiency in ERP TMS platforms and banking systems Excellent communication and stakeholder management Strategic thinking with operational execution capability
