Coordinate and oversee the maintenance and repairs of the apartment complex including common areas amenities and individual units Serve as the primary point of contact for residents addressing their concerns handling complaints and facilitating effective communication between tenants and property management Develop and manage budgets for the property monitor expenses and ensure operations are within budgetary limits Ensure compliance with local building codes fire safety regulations and other applicable laws Conduct regular property inspections identify maintenance issues safety hazards and coordinate necessary repairs or upgrades Manage relationships with external vendors contractors and service providers to ensure quality services are delivered Implement and maintain energy-saving initiatives monitor utility consumption and educate residents on energy conservation practices Integrate technology solutions such as property management software smart building technologies and security systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency Maintain accurate records related to maintenance repairs and resident interactions and generate reports on key performance indicators Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans conduct drills and ensure proper communication systems are in place Stay informed about environmental regulations implement waste management and sustainability practices as required Coordinate renovation projects and capital improvement initiatives to enhance the property s value and appeal Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including building codes fair housing laws and accessibility standards Required Candidate profile Desired Candidate Profile Proven experience as an Apartment Facility Manager or in a similar role preferably in a residential property management setting Robust technical knowledge in building maintenance repairs and facility management practices Excellent organizational problem-solving and decision-making skills Knowledge of local building codes safety regulations and environmental compliance Required Skills Should have Electrical License 2 years experience in Residential facility Management Qualification B E EEE
