Job Title Business Development Manager BDM - Beverages Division Location Patna Bihar Department Sales Marketing Reports To Area Sales Manager Regional Sales Manager Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our range of beverages including bottled water juices energy drinks and carbonated products The ideal candidate will build robust customer relationships drive product visibility and achieve monthly and annual sales targets in their assigned territory Key Responsibilities Promote and sell the company s beverage products to retailers distributors HORECA Hotels Restaurants Cafes and modern trade outlets Achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the assigned territory Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers Ensure product availability proper display and brand visibility at all retail points Identify and onboard new clients while nurturing relationships with existing ones Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and customer needs Execute promotional activities and support marketing campaigns in coordination with the marketing team Collect customer feedback and provide suggestions for product improvements Submit daily weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and market insights Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies Coordinate with supply chain logistics to ensure timely deliveries Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field 1-3 years of sales experience in the FMCG or beverage industry preferred Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of sales techniques and market dynamics Self-motivated target-oriented and able to work independently Proficient in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint and basic CRM tools Must possess a valid driving license if applicable for field sales Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 17 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
