Job Title Office Fit-Out Specialist MEP C I Fire Safety Location Mumbai India Experience 2-7 years Travel Willingness to travel across PAN India based on project assignments Job Overview We are seeking dynamic and experienced professionals with a strong background in office fit-out projects The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in one or more of the following domains MEP Mechanical Electrical Plumbing C I Controls Instrumentation Fire Safety Compliance This role demands flexibility and readiness to travel across major cities in India depending on project needs Key Responsibilities Oversee and execute office fit-out projects with precision and adherence to timelines Ensure compliance with MEP C I and fire safety standards across all project sites Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects contractors and vendors Conduct site inspections and audits to maintain quality and safety benchmarks Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site challenges efficiently Maintain documentation and reporting for project progress and compliance Candidate Requirements Proven experience in office fit-out projects minimum 2 years up to 7 years Specialized knowledge in at least one of the following MEP C I or Fire Safety Strong understanding of regulatory standards and safety protocols Excellent communication and coordination skills Willingness to travel extensively across India based on project locations Preferred Qualifications Degree Diploma in Engineering Mechanical Electrical Civil or relevant field Certifications in Fire Safety or related disciplines will be an advantage Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
