We are looking for a Site Engineer with 0-1 years of experience to oversee construction activities and ensure that projects are executed according to design quality standards and timelines The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of construction techniques site supervision and project coordination Key Responsibilities Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with architectural and engineering plans Coordinate with architects contractors and project managers to execute designs as per specifications Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules Conduct quality checks and ensure materials meet required standards Manage site documentation including reports work schedules and daily progress logs Assist in resolving technical issues and troubleshooting construction challenges Ensure safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed on-site Communicate with suppliers vendors and labor teams for smooth workflow Conduct site surveys and inspections to verify project accuracy Support in cost estimation and resource planning as required Requirements Bachelor s degree Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field 0-1 years of experience in site supervision construction or project execution Knowledge of construction methods materials and industry best practices Familiarity with AutoCAD MS Project and other relevant software is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and team coordination abilities Ability to work on-site under dynamic conditions and meet deadlines Must have two wheeler with valid licence Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work on exciting architectural and construction projects Career growth and learning opportunities Collaborative and professional work environment Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 75 Preferred Work Location In person
