Site Supervisor Foreman - Precast Building Erection Position Site Supervisor Foreman Location Project Site anywhere in India as assigned Reporting To Site Incharge Project Team Salary 25 000 - 30 000 per month Food Accommodation Provided by company Job Purpose To manage and supervise all on-site activities related to precast building erection and general construction works with hands-on knowledge of every trade and ensuring work is done as per drawing and quality standards Key Responsibilities Supervise precast element erection columns beams walls slabs etc Understand and work as per structural and architectural drawings Guide masons shuttering carpenters welders and helpers in their daily work Check building marking levels alignment and finishing Ensure proper use of shuttering scaffolding and tools Maintain quality workmanship at every stage of construction Monitor manpower productivity and site progress Report daily progress and issues to site InCharge Ensure safe working practices at site Skills Competencies Strong practical knowledge of masonry shuttering reinforcement welding and precast erection Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Leadership qualities to handle skilled and unskilled labor Focus on workmanship finishing and accuracy Problem-solving and quick decision-making ability Experience 5-10 years of practical site experience in building construction precast erection Worked as a head mason foreman site supervisor in previous projects Education not required - only practical skills and experience matter Job Type - Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Perks Work Location In person
