Role Description - Assist in conceptualizing and developing architectural designs for real estate projects - Work closely with the senior architects and design head to prepare layouts 3D models and working drawings - Coordinate with project managers consultants and engineers to ensure alignment of design intent with project execution - Review and ensure compliance with local zoning laws building codes and environmental regulations - Assist in preparing detailed design documentation BOQs and material specifications - Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to architectural plans - Liaise with external design consultants and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services - Provide input on sustainable design practices and modern building technologies - Support in obtaining approvals from regulatory authorities for design-related matters Qualifications Expertise in Space Planning Architecture and Construction Drawings Expertise in MEP Structural Architectural etc Drawings Strong creativity and design thinking Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team Proven experience in executing design projects Knowledge of industry trends and best practices Degree in Architecture or related field Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Experience total work 4 years Required Work Location In person
