Key Responsibilities Assist in day-to-day production activities on the shop floor Monitor production processes and support supervisors in achieving daily production targets Coordinate with different departments quality design maintenance and stores for smooth workflow Ensure adherence to safety protocols and 5S practices on the shop floor Maintain proper records of production output downtime and material usage Support in troubleshooting basic machine process issues under the guidance of senior engineers Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage Ensure proper utilization of manpower and resources Assist in implementation of standard operating procedures SOPs and work instructions Qualifications Skills B E B Tech Diploma in Mechanical Production Industrial Engineering or related field Robust understanding of basic manufacturing processes Good analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of AutoCAD MS Office will be an added advantage Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn Good communication and interpersonal skills Growth Opportunities Exposure to production planning process improvement and shop-floor management Training and development in lean manufacturing quality management and advanced production systems Opportunity to grow into senior production engineer or supervisory roles with experience Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Work Location In person
