PEB Structure Industry Profile - PEB Plant Engineer Qualification - B Tech Diploma in Mechanical Production Industrial Engineering Experience - 4-8 years of experience in PEB structural steel heavy fabrication industry Salary- Upto 5 Lac CTC Location - Neemrana Raj Key Responsibilities Monitor daily production activities for structural steel frames and components Ensure production schedules are achieved within timelines and cost targets Coordinate with planning and design teams for smooth workflow Optimize material usage to reduce wastage Supervise installation operation and maintenance of plant machinery CNC machines shearing welding shot blasting painting etc Prepare preventive and predictive maintenance schedules Minimize machine downtime by troubleshooting issues promptly Ensure adherence to quality standards ISO BIS AISC Work closely with QA QC to maintain product quality at every stage Implement safety standards in line with statutory requirements Implement lean manufacturing and cost-saving initiatives Drive automation and technology improvements in fabrication Reduce cycle time through process optimization Lead and supervise plant operators technicians and helpers Train workforce on recent technology safety and productivity practices Coordinate with HR for manpower planning and skill development Coordinate with - (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 500 000 00 per year Work Location In person
