Greece and Portugal VOIS BeUnrivalled CreateTheFuture About this Role We are seeking an experienced ESG qualified to lead the development and implementation of VOIS s Environmental Social and Governance ESG strategy This role is pivotal in aligning VOIS s sustainability efforts with Vodafone Group s ESG vision ensuring regulatory compliance and driving commercial value through ESG differentiation The individual will collaborate with senior stakeholders across global VOIS locations manage ESG data reporting and act as the key liaison with Vodafone Group s ESG and Sustainability teams What you ll do Define and lead the ESG strategy for VOIS across a 1-5 year horizon aligned with Vodafone Group s ESG policies and local regulatory requirements Integrate ESG into VOIS s commercial value proposition to support customer acquisition and retention Collaborate with senior leaders and Centre Heads across VOIS to co-develop ESG objectives delivery plans and success metrics Establish governance structures and reporting mechanisms to track ESG progress and escalate risks Ensure compliance with ESG regulations and Vodafone Group policies identifying and mitigating risks Provide technical ESG advisory services to internal stakeholders Who you are Experienced in corporate sustainability and ESG programme management Demonstrated knowledge of ESG reporting requirements and regulations Familiar with Climate Transition Plans and related sustainability actions Skilled in stakeholder management within a matrixed organisation Strong communicator able to engage both subject matter experts and broader teams Passionate about sustainability and inclusive business transformation Proven track record of leading ESG projects Comfortable working across cultures and geographies with willingness to travel if needed Act as the primary liaison with Vodafone Group s Sustainable Business and ESG Reporting teams Coordinate ESG data collection validation and submission processes including CEO data certification Prepare ESG disclosures for external stakeholders including investors and customers Not a perfect fit Concerned you may not meet every requirement Vodafone
