Job Title Student Success Specialist Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Student Success Specialist to serve as a key link between students and faculty This role ensures that students receive continuous support after admission participate effectively in upskilling programs and have a positive academic experience The ideal candidate will be student-focused highly organized and capable of coordinating academic and support services to drive student success Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for students post-admission ensuring smooth transition and engagement Coordinate with faculty to organize and monitor student participation in upskill programs Collect and analyse class and program feedback to identify areas for improvement Provide guidance support and resources to students to enhance academic performance and overall well-being Track student progress and intervene proactively to address challenges or concerns Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to implement student success initiatives Maintain accurate records of student feedback performance and support activities Candidate Profile Bachelor s degree is mandatory Solid communication and interpersonal skills with a student-centered approach Ability to build rapport with students faculty and staff Good organizational and coordination abilities Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle student concerns effectively Prior experience in academic coordination student services or counselling is an advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 16 000 00 per month
