Job Title Purchase Executive CCTV Industry Location Indirapuram Ghaziabad Experience 2 to 5 Years Industry CCTV Surveillance Security Systems Employment Type Full TimeJob Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive in the CCTV or electronic security systems industry The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing negotiating and purchasing CCTV products and related components while ensuring timely delivery quality compliance and cost-effectiveness Key Responsibilities Vendor Management Identify evaluate and develop relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers for CCTV cameras DVR NVRs cables accessories and installation materials Negotiate prices terms and delivery schedules to achieve best value Procurement Operations Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods Track and monitor inventory levels and forecast future procurement needs based on project and sales requirements Coordinate with internal departments Sales Projects Warehouse to understand procurement needs and project timelines Cost Quality Control Maintain cost-effective procurement without compromising on quality Ensure all purchases meet companys quality and compliance standards Documentation Reporting Maintain accurate records of purchases pricing delivery and inventory Generate regular procurement reports and provide insights to management for budgeting and planning Market Research Stay updated on market trends current product launches and pricing in the CCTV and surveillance industry Evaluate alternative products vendors that may improve cost and performance Requirements Education Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related field Experience 2-5 years in a procurement role within the CCTV Surveillance Electronics Security Systems industry Technical Knowledge Sound knowledge of CCTV systems NVRs DVRs IP Analog cameras power supplies cables and other accessories Understanding of installation materials and basic technical requirements Skills Strong negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in MS Excel Tally ERP Purchase Management software Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Preferred Attributes Experience working with import export vendors and international suppliers Knowledge of warranty AMC and service support procurement in the security domain Exposure to logistics and warehouse coordination Whatsapp (phone hidden) Mail reshma s radiusinfotech in Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
