Position International Sales Support Executive Location Mumbai Experience Fresher - 5 Years Industry Preference Travel Tourism BPO About the Role - We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused International Sales Support Executive to manage and grow our relationships with travel agencies across North Central America Africa and Europe The role involves supporting sales operations promoting products and services and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and international partners This is an excellent chance for professionals with strong communication skills and an interest in the travel and tourism industry Key Responsibilities - Engage with travel agents and partners across designated international markets to promote company products and services Drive sales growth by managing existing agency relationships and onboarding new partners Serve as the single point of contact for sales and operational requirements from international markets Register current agencies and conduct product presentations demos and training sessions for agency staff Prepare and present sales reports monthly MIS and performance updates to the management team Collaborate with the Marketing Team to promote destinations campaigns and seasonal offerings Work closely with Product Operations Teams to ensure smooth lead conversion and service delivery Maintain strong qualified relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty Required Skills Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in any discipline 0-5 years of experience in sales support customer relationship management or travel industry roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills especially in dealing with international clients Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively Proficiency in MS Office CRM tools and reporting Knowledge of international travel markets is a plus Customer-oriented with a professional attitude and problem-solving mindset Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
