Job description Manager - Purchase procurement contracts Job Duties Roles Responsibilities Key Accountabilities Core Competencies Vendor management Cost management Presentation skill Technical Competencies MS Project - Conduct feasibility studies and market research Conducting cost estimation quantity take offs and bill of quantities for residential commercial and high-rise projects - Evaluating and negotiating contractor bids and ensuring cost-effective project delivery -Performing cost control monitoring expenses and preparing project financial reports - Collaborating with architects engineers and clients to ensure project requirements are met within budget constraints Team Management Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including architects engineers contractors and consultants Budgeting and Cost Control Establish and manage project budgets track expenses and ensure cost effectiveness Stakeholder Communication Collaborate with clients investors and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed Site Management Oversee site preparation construction and handover processes ensuring quality and safety standards Contract Administration Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors contractors and consultants Quality Control Ensure projects meet quality safety and sustainability standards Reporting and Monitoring Provide regular project updates progress reports and performance metrics to stakeholders Compliance Ensure projects comply with relevant laws regulations and industry standards Closure Manage project close-out final inspections and handover to clients or end-users Required Experience Autocad Green building BOQ preparation End to end project management design to delivery Education Preferred Qualifications B Arch BE Civil - Valuable communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and present cost estimates effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office for accurate data analysis and project reporting - Experience in quantity surveying for residential commercial and high-rise buildings - Excellent knowledge of cost estimation budgeting and procurement processes real estate ate projects Pay - 40 000 - 60 000 PM please call or share CV on (phone hidden)
