Junior SDR ManagerAbout Clara Clara is building the AI-first operating system for blue-collar and commercial businesses We are backed by strong traction a founder-led team and a vision to transform how businesses grow and operate with AI Role Overview We are looking for a Junior SDR Manager who can take ownership of building and managing our outbound sales development efforts This is an opportunity for someone early in their leadership journey to step up directly work with founders and grow a team from the ground up Key ResponsibilitiesManage and mentor a small team of SDRs ensuring daily weekly pipeline generation targets are met Own Clara s outbound prospecting playbook refining scripts cadences and tools to maximize conversion Track and report key metrics leads meetings booked conversions with high attention to detail Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to align outbound efforts with campaigns and target accounts Act as a player-coach actively prospect into accounts set demos and model high-quality outreach for the team Continuously test and improve messaging channels email LinkedIn calls and tools Recruit and onboard current SDRs as the team scales What We re Looking For2-4 years of experience in Sales Development with at least 1 year in a team lead or manager role Proven track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline generation targets Strong communication and coaching skills Familiarity with modern sales tools HubSpot Apollo LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc Hustle ownership mindset and ability to thrive in an early-stage startup environment Why ClaraWork directly with founders on a high-visibility growth function Be part of a breakout AI startup with a clear category-defining opportunity Build and scale a high-performing SDR team from scratch Ownership speed and meritocracy your impact will be visible from day one
