Job Title IT Manager - Hospital Location Vijayawada Andhra Pradesh - 520002 Position Type Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to oversee and manage the hospital s information technology infrastructure systems and digital operations The IT Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless functioning of hospital information systems HIS data security network reliability and providing technology support to healthcare staff Key Responsibilities Manage hospital IT infrastructure including servers networks hardware and software Oversee implementation maintenance and upgrades of the Hospital Information System HIS EMR and other healthcare applications Ensure data security backup and recovery processes are in place and compliant with healthcare regulations Troubleshoot IT issues and provide timely technical support to medical nursing and administrative staff Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT equipment AMC and software support Plan and execute IT-related projects such as digital transformation system integration and telemedicine solutions Train hospital staff on the proper use of HIS and other applications Maintain IT documentation policies and compliance with regulatory requirements Lead a team of IT support staff and ensure round-the-clock IT service availability Ensure cybersecurity measures firewalls and antivirus protections are updated and active Minimum Qualifications Education Bachelor s Master s Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field Experience 5-8 years of IT experience with at least 2-3 years in a healthcare hospital IT environment preferred Strong knowledge of HIS EMR EHR systems networking servers and databases Familiarity with data security protocols HIPAA compliance and healthcare IT standards Excellent problem-solving leadership and communication skills Employment Details Position Full-time Hospital-based Location Vijayawada Andhra Pradesh - 520002 Compensation Competitive salary commensurate with experience Benefits Medical insurance paid leave PF ESI if applicable and professional development opportunities Job Type Full time Pay 20 370 77 - 44 000 00 per month Work Location In person
