Key Responsibilities Routine Maintenance and Repairs Performing regular maintenance tasks on HVAC plumbing electrical and mechanical systems Troubleshooting and repairing minor issues in tools and equipment Replacing light bulbs ceiling tiles and other basic items Performing basic electrical repairs like replacing outlets and switches Conducting safety inspections of facilities and addressing potential hazards Painting and finishing surfaces as needed Responding to guest maintenance requests promptly and efficiently Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities including work orders and repairs Preventative Maintenance Creating and following maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns Lubricating cleaning and adjusting equipment to ensure smooth operation Emergency Repairs Responding to emergency maintenance requests such as leaks or power outages Collaboration and Communication Collaborating with contractors for specialized repairs Communicating with other departments and staff to address issues and coordinate efforts Inventory Management Maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment Safety and Security Ensuring the hotel premises are safe and secure Inspecting fire safety systems and other critical infrastructure Other Duties Performing janitorial tasks including cleaning common areas and restrooms Assisting other engineers with repairs Training and safety procedures Maintaining budgets expenses and activity logs Skills and Qualifications Mechanical aptitude organization attention to detail and physical stamina Knowledge of plumbing cleaning and carpentry skills Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Education Diploma Preferred Work Location In person
