the Production Executive will be the primary point of contact for our wedding clients ensuring a seamless experience from planning to final delivery This role blends client relationship management with production coordination requiring robust communication organizational and leadership skills Key Responsibilities Act as the main liaison with wedding clients ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination throughout the project Oversee all aspects of pre-production and post-production for wedding assignments Manage project timelines deliverables and ensure wedding shoots are executed as per client expectations Supervise production crews and work leads during wedding projects Ensure all contractual timelines are met and updates are regularly communicated to clients Address client feedback promptly and align internal execution accordingly Maintain and update production sheets to monitor progress and ensure timely follow-ups Coordinate with photographers videographers editors and the booking manager to ensure proper resource allocation Handle team and crew bookings as per company protocols and communicate confirmed details to clients Strive to deliver the best possible visual storytelling experience for weddings maintaining Magic Motion Media s quality standards Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
