seeking an innovative and technically grounded Senior Leader to reimagine and lead the transformation of our enterprise intranet and digital workplace experience This individual will architect and modern intranet and employee experience platforms e g SharePoint Modern Microsoft Viva LumApps and Web Technologies HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript TypeScript React Angular strong front-end dev capabilities Strong experience in building responsive cross-device employee portals with a focus on performance and usability Proven ability to transform legacy platforms into compelling modern digital experiences Strong understanding of employee lifecycle organizational culture and collaboration needs in a professional services or financial environment Experience working in regulated industries such as financial services or alternative asset management Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models Experience with event-driven
