We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Design and Costing Engineer with 3-5 years of industry experience The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing technical designs estimating costs analyzing project requirements and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure accurate and timely submissions of project proposals and tenders Key Responsibilities Prepare and review BOQs Bill of Quantities cost estimates Analyze project requirements customer specifications and technical documents Collaborate with sales procurement and production teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy of designs and costings Provide design modifications and value engineering proposals when necessary Prepare cost comparison sheets and budget breakdowns Maintain and update design and costing databases templates and standards Support continuous improvement initiatives in design and cost optimization Required Qualifications Skills Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field 3-5 years of proven experience in design and costing estimation preferably in cable manufacturing Strong analytical and numerical skills Hands-on experience with MS Excel and costing tools Knowledge of industry standards engineering practices and materials Good communication and teamwork abilities Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Preference Specifically from cable industry Male If interested kindly contact HR Nivedita - (phone hidden) Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
