We are hiring Inside Sales Executives to handle property data verification for our real estate business The role involves reaching out to builders and operators from the contact list provided checking availability in their projects buildings and collecting detailed information such as location unit type pricing and other specifications The gathered data must be accurately updated in our system for internal use by the sales team Key Responsibilities Call builders and operators from the provided database to check property availability Collect details such as project location unit size pricing and occupancy status Update and maintain accurate property information in the system CRM Ensure data is structured complete and accessible for internal reference Regularly follow up on changes in availability and update records accordingly Requirements Strong communication skills and good telephone etiquette Attention to detail and ability to record accurate information Basic computer knowledge Excel CRM tools Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency Prior telecalling or data verification experience is an added advantage Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 per month Benefits Work from home Work Location Remote
