Job Title Audit Officer Location Coimbatore Company Cholan Rice Millets Shops Pvt Ltd Contact HR - 91 63793 20032 About Us Cholan Rice Millets is a fast-growing retail chain with 350 outlets across Tamil Nadu We are committed to maintaining quality transparency and smooth business operations To strengthen our compliance and accountability framework we are looking for an Audit Officer to oversee stock audits payment verification and operational discipline across our stores Role Overview The Audit Officer will be responsible for auditing stocks ensuring proper maintenance of inventory verifying financial transactions and resolving disputes if they arise This role involves travelling across shops ensuring that stock and payments are properly recorded discrepancies are addressed quickly and compliance is maintained in all operations Key Responsibilities Conduct regular audits of stocks and payments across multiple outlets Ensure accurate stock maintenance and reporting by shop staff Identify shortages excesses or mismatches in stock and take corrective measures Audit cash collections payment records and sales transactions Investigate discrepancies or disputes and resolve them in a fair and timely manner Monitor compliance with company policies financial controls and operational procedures Train and guide shop staff on proper record-keeping and stock handling practices Prepare clear audit reports and submit findings with recommendations to management Support management in improving systems to reduce losses and increase accountability Requirements Graduate in Commerce Business Accounts preferred Freshers can apply experience in retail audit accounts or FMCG preferred Strong knowledge of stock verification cash handling and audit practices Excellent analytical problem-solving and dispute-resolution skills Positive communication and reporting skills Tamil speaking must English added advantage Willingness to travel extensively across outlets in Tamil Nadu High level of integrity and fairness in handling audits Employment Details Salary 12 000 - 15 000 per month Type Full-time Field-based Experience Freshers welcome experienced preferred How to Apply Interested candidates can contact our HR at 91 63793 20032 for more details Job Type Full time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
