Job Title HR Recruiter Location - New Mahavir Nagar near Tilak Nagar New Delhi -110018 Male and female both can apply Exp - min 3 years Office timing -10 00am to 7 00pm No of working days -6 Salary -25k to 35k Contact via WhatsApp -(phone hidden) We are seeking a proactive and agile HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process The role involves sourcing screening and hiring top talent while ensuring smooth coordination with consultants and maintaining positive employer branding Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings sourcing screening interviewing and selection Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions Source candidates through job portals social media platforms employee referrals and networking Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with technical functional interviewers Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics time-to-hire cost-per-hire etc Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for recent hires Coordinate with external consultants for manpower requirements ensuring timely communication and feedback Follow up with consultants on candidate status documentation and ensure timely processing of related payments Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and consultants to enhance employer branding Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Proven experience as an HR Recruiter Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role Strong knowledge of recruitment tools job boards and social media sourcing Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously High level of confidentiality professionalism and attention to detail Preferred Experience recruiting for industry-specific roles e g IT Edtech Corporate Familiarity with ATS Applicant Tracking System Regards Neha (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
