Key Responsibilities Business Development Admissions Drive student enrollments to achieve monthly quarterly admission targets Plan and execute local marketing lead generation and promotional activities Build strong relationships with students parents and the local community to enhance brand presence Ensure effective counseling sessions are conducted for prospective students Operations Administration Oversee day-to-day operations of the academy including admissions academics and administration Ensure adherence to company policies operational guidelines and quality standards Monitor center infrastructure equipment and overall upkeep to deliver a professional environment Maintain accurate records of student admissions fees collection and MIS reporting Team Management Lead motivate and manage the center s staff trainers counselors and support team Conduct regular team meetings performance reviews and training to ensure productivity Foster a culture of teamwork discipline and accountability Academic Excellence Student Satisfaction Coordinate with trainers to ensure high-quality delivery of Lakme Academy s curriculum Monitor student feedback and take corrective actions to maintain high satisfaction levels Ensure timely completion of batches and adherence to academic schedules Resolve student parent queries and grievances efficiently Financial Management Achieve revenue targets and ensure profitability of the center Monitor fee collection outstanding dues and cost control measures Prepare and present monthly financial and operational reports Key Skills Competencies Robust leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sales-driven with strong business acumen Ability to multitask and handle operational challenges Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Knowledge of the education training industry preferred Qualifications Experience Graduate Postgraduate in Business Administration Management or related field 5-8 years of experience in managing operations preferably in the education training retail or service industry Proven track record in sales operations and team management Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
