Key Responsibilities Only male candidated preferred Age 25 to 30 Years Strategic HR Leadership Develop and align HR strategies with the organization s overall business objectives and goals Lead the development and implementation of HR policies procedures and programs to support organizational growth and effectiveness Provide strategic guidance and counsel to senior management on HR-related matters Talent Acquisition and Management Oversee the recruitment and selection process including workforce planning sourcing interviewing and onboarding Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent including employer branding initiatives and employee value proposition development Implement performance management systems to assess and develop employee skills competencies and career paths Employee Relations and Engagement Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations practices conflict resolution and grievance handling Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale productivity and retention Lead diversity equity and inclusion DEI initiatives to promote a culture of belonging and respect Compensation and Benefits Administration Oversee the design implementation and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure the organization s compensation and benefits offerings remain competitive and equitable Manage employee recognition programs and rewards initiatives to promote employee satisfaction and motivation Training and Development Identify training and development needs across the organization and develop strategies to address them Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills capabilities and performance Implement career development programs and succession planning initiatives to build a pipeline of future leaders Compliance and Risk Management Ensure compliance with employment laws regulations and industry standards Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to mitigate legal and regulatory risks Partner with legal counsel to address employment-related legal matters and litigation as needed HR Technology and Analytics Evaluate implement and optimize HR technology systems to streamline processes and improve data accuracy and accessibility Utilize HR analytics and metrics to assess HR effectiveness inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives Stay abreast of emerging trends and innovations in HR technology and analytics Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field Master s degree preferred Professional certification such as SHRM-SCP SPHR or equivalent is highly desirable Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role with a track record of strategic HR planning and execution In-depth knowledge of HR best practices employment laws and regulatory requirements Strong leadership interpersonal and communication skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR technology solutions Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team Job Type Full time Pay Up to 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
