We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Assurance Field Engineer to join our team The role involves travel within the assigned territory to provide technical support and customer assurance services You will act as the face of the brand ensuring customer satisfaction building strong relationships and supporting sales teams with technical expertise Key Responsibilities Travel across the assigned territory to visit instrument users on a recurring basis Represent the brand in all customer and prospect interactions with professionalism Educate customers on how our products and services add value both financially and professionally Conduct installation and AMC Annual Maintenance Contract visits ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction Support the sales team with accessories promotion and provide technical inputs during joint customer visits Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for growth Evaluate customer needs and provide assurance solutions accordingly Collect and share competition data and market intelligence with management regularly Coordinate with the sales team for lead chance generation ensuring the source is recorded as FPS Monitor competitors new product launches and industry trends to support business strategies Ensure timely reporting of customer interactions technical issues and service updates Qualifications ITI Diploma B E in Electronics preferred Skills Required Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory Strong technical understanding with quick learning ability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers Good problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 17 000 00 per month Work Location In person
