Job Title Operation Executive - Outdoor Publicity Hoardings Location Vadodara Gujarat Field-based Office Coordination Job Type Full-Time Field Operations Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and smart Operation Executive who will be responsible for managing the company s outdoor publicity assets - especially hoardings - across Mehsana and nearby regions The candidate should possess strong knowledge of local areas government protocols and vendor management The role demands both fieldwork and administrative coordination to ensure smooth operations of all hoarding-related activities maintenance and regulatory compliance Key Responsibilities 1 Hoarding Management Maintenance Handle installation monitoring and upkeep of all hoardings owned or managed by the company Conduct regular inspections of sites to check display condition visibility structural safety and lighting if applicable Ensure torn faded or damaged flexes structures or frames are repaired or replaced immediately Maintain inventory and records of all hoarding locations with technical specifications and maintenance history 2 Local Coordination Develop and maintain strong relationships with local landlords property owners and site partners for smooth operations Negotiate site rents renewal terms or expansion possibilities Ensure smooth coordination with ground-level workers for hoarding installations flex changes and emergency responses 3 Vendor Management Identify and manage reliable local vendors for fabrication installation flex printing and site maintenance Take quotations finalize work orders and ensure timely delivery and execution with quality control Maintain vendor performance records and resolve any operational or quality issues 4 Government Liaison Compliance Handle all permissions licenses and renewals from local municipal corporations urban bodies or authorities related to hoardings and outdoor publicity Keep track of expiry dates and documentation needed for legal compliance Attend or represent the company in any site inspections compliance meetings or legal notices 5 Reporting Documentation Maintain daily weekly monthly reports of hoarding status issues raised maintenance work done and upcoming requirements Keep a digital and physical record of contracts government approvals and vendor agreements Report to the senior management with updates problem escalations or new opportunities for outdoor publicity Desired Candidate Profile Education Graduate in any stream preference for Marketing Operations Management Experience 2 years in outdoor publicity field operations or similar roles Knowledge Deep familiarity with Mehsana and surrounding regions Understanding of hoarding structures materials and installation techniques Government regulations regarding outdoor advertisements Skills Robust negotiation and communication skills Vendor labor management Problem-solving and decision-making in the field Basic computer and reporting skills MS Excel WhatsApp communication photos etc Ability to travel frequently and work in outdoor conditions Working Hours Monday to Saturday - Full Day Field Visits Office Coordination Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location Remote
