Position Title Responsibility Level Function FAO Reports to Assistant Manager Permanent Temporary Permanent Span of Control NIL Location Noida Basic Functions Analyze information from legal agreements claims data Adjustment invoice and various systems for a particular insured s policy period coverage period and validate the premium paid to date for each expired contract Essential Functions Update WTS each time an account is assigned or completed Review all necessary account documents from relevant systems Compile and organize relevant audit and claim data into spreadsheet analysis Participate in all applicable training and special unit projects when appropriate Analyze and explain impact on Insured s account Ensure that the assigned account has been updated properly on the compliance report Submit daily status reports to Unit Manager Update checklist and store supporting documentation in Pre approval folder for review Primary Internal Interactions Assistant Manager for the purpose of reporting performance escalation handling clarifying concerns and seeking feedback and support RSC for the purpose of raising UW Assists and providing clarification on contracts and all communications outside of fusion Manager for the purpose of settling issues left unresolved by the Assistant Manager and monthly evaluation of performance Peers team members for the purpose of seeking co-operation clarification on process-related matters providing assistance and support when required Approvers for the purpose of contract related issues escalated transactions feedback audit and training Primary External Interactions Trainers at the client end for the purpose of training
