Job description Roles Responsibilities 1 Site Inspection and Surveying Assist in conducting site surveys and gather data regarding land topography soil conditions and existing infrastructure Perform regular site visits to ensure construction is carried out according to the design specifications and standards 2 Project Planning and Coordination Help with scheduling project timelines and coordinating tasks between different teams Communicate with contractors suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time 3 Construction Support Assist with construction management tasks such as monitoring construction activities tracking progress and ensuring compliance with safety regulations Assist in quality control and check for discrepancies between plans and actual construction work 4 Research and Material Selection Conduct research on materials equipment and construction methods to suggest improvements or cost-effective solutions Assist with selecting materials and ensuring that they meet the project s technical requirements and standards 5 Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate records of project documentation including contracts meeting minutes progress reports and approvals Prepare reports for senior engineers or management summarizing project progress issues and recommendations 6 Compliance and Regulations Ensure that all aspects of the project comply with local building codes safety regulations environmental standards and other legal requirements Assist in obtaining permits and approvals for construction projects 7 Collaboration and Teamwork Work closely with other team members including architects contractors and other engineers to ensure the project s success Participate in team meetings offering suggestions and seeking guidance from more experienced team members 8 Problem Solving Assist in identifying issues or challenges during the design or construction phases and propose feasible solutions Provide input to troubleshoot engineering problems related to construction methods or materials Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
