Job Requirements We are looking for a seasoned DevOps Support Architect with over 12 years of experience in IT and a strong background in software development system architecture infrastructure automation and DevOps practices The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the DevOps strategy implementing best-in-class CI CD pipelines cloud-native architecture and infrastructure as code IaC solutions across multiple teams and projects The candidate will work closely with product platform infra and security teams to build resilient secure and intelligent automation ecosystems that support agile software delivery at scale The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek have the following characteristics and skills Roles Responsibilities Architect standardize and evolve multi-platform CI CD pipelines Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab CI CD Azure DevOps Automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools such as Terraform Ansible CloudFormation etc Lead strategic CI CD repository migrations platform rationalization and build automation frameworks Provide technical leadership in DevOps ticketing model Provide technical leadership and mentoring to DevOps engineers developers and operations staff Ensure security compliance and governance are baked into DevOps pipelines DevSecOps Design reusable pipeline templates governance policies and scalable workflows for multi-team usage Lead the monitoring logging and alerting strategy using tools like Prometheus Grafana ELK Splunk or Datadog Define disaster recovery backup and high-availability strategies in cloud on-prem environments Design and govern container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes EKS AKS or OpenShift Define SLAs automate repetitive requests and implement knowledge base or auto-resolution mechanisms Integrate AIOps platforms to automate incident detection RCA and response Conduct maturity assessments and define roadmaps using models such as CALMS Protected DevOps or custom frameworks Work Experience Required Skills Technical Competency 12 years of total IT experience with 5 years in a dedicated DevOps or cloud architecture role Proficient with tools such as GitLab CI GitHub Actions Azure DevOps Jenkins Strong knowledge and hands on experience in ticketing and its lifecycle resolution Experience working on Linux Windows and Embedded platforms Deep understanding of containerization microservices and orchestration platforms Experience in scripting languages Shell Python Groovy or PowerShell Expertise in networking security IAM and compliance in cloud environments Implement shift-left security practices SAST DAST dependency scanning secrets detection Experience leading cross-functional teams and large-scale enterprise DevOps transformations Strong communication governance mindset and mentoring skills Expertise in Monitoring tools that ensure Open-Source IT monitoring network monitoring server and applications monitoring is an added advantage Certifications on Azure DevOps Expert GitLab CI Certified CKA DevSecOps Foundation preferred Must Have Skills - Terraform scripting Azure DevOps Python Powershell Bash Yaml Git Hub actions Docker monitoring tools Grafana Ansible Debugging Skills and database knowledge
