ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: KRAs • Participate in all new product development activities from launch stage onwards.
- Attend and contribute in Design Reviews to ensure quality requirements are addressed.
- Review DFMEA, PFMEA, and Design Validation Plan & Report (DVP&R;) activities.
- Identify potential risks during product development and ensure mitigation actions are tracked and closed.
- Review supplier quality activities related to current product development including PPAP, validation, and process capability studies.
- Ensure implementation of lessons learned and continual quality improvements.
- Ensure product and process quality compliance during development stage.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions for identified quality concerns in new product.
- GENERAL/SPECIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (review) • Support internal audits, customer PPAP audits.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's Degree in / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field.
