Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities, warehouse inventory, vendor coordination, and raw material procurement. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, be proficient in Microsoft Excel, and be comfortable handling audits and field operations.
Key Responsibilities - Manage daily warehouse operations and maintain accurate stock records.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of raw materials.
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with the best vendors for procurement.
- Ensure timely delivery and receipt of raw materials.
- Maintain inventory reports and operational data using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Assist during internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation.
- Visit vendor or warehouse locations as required for operational support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications - 2–3 years of experience in Operations, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, or a similar role.
- Valuable working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and audit-related activities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
