International Business Faculty (Assistant Professor / Associate Professor) DBS Global University, Dehradun Job Summary The IB Faculty will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching in the International Business (IB) domain, mentoring students, conducting research, and contributing to curriculum development. The role requires expertise in global business practices, international trade, cross-cultural management, and international marketing to prepare students for global careers.

Key Responsibilities - Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in International Business, Global Marketing, International Trade, Export-Import Management, Cross-Cultural Management, International Finance, and Global Supply Chain Management.

- Develop and deliver engaging lectures, case studies, and experiential learning sessions.
- Mentor students in academic projects, internships, research, and career development.
- Contribute to curriculum design, academic planning, and accreditation activities.
- Conduct research and publish in reputed journals and conferences.
- Participate in departmental, institutional,



and student engagement activities.
- Build industry collaborations to enhance practical learning and global exposure.

Eligibility Criteria: Assistant Professor - Master's Degree and Ph.D. in International Business (Mandatory).

- Robust teaching aptitude and research potential.
- Minimum 3 years of experience.

Associate

Professor - Ph.D. in International Business.

- Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience in a recognized university/institution.
- Minimum 7 research publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Candidates should have experience in supervising PhD scholars, with at least one research scholar registered under their guidance.
- Proven experience in research supervision, academic leadership, and institutional administrative responsibilities will be preferred.

Note: Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in an export or import business dealing with products or services.
