About Job: E Commerce Accountant Location: Sodala, Jaipur E-commerce Accountant We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce Accountant who understands how online marketplaces work and can manage day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, and reporting for our D2C and quick-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities - Record and maintain accurate entries for sales on Amazon, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Flipkart, and website

- Reconcile order reports, settlement reports, payouts, commissions, ad spends, returns, and RTOs
- Track GST, TCS, and TDS and ensure data is audit-ready
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports covering sales, margins, and platform-wise profitability
- Maintain clear records for inventory movement, discounts, promotions, and marketing spends




- Coordinate with CA for GST filings, compliance, and audits
- Daily BRS
- Daily Payment using Net Banking Requirements Prior experience in e-commerce accounting Strong working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets Practical understanding of marketplace settlement structures High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset What We Value Accuracy over excuses Clean data and clear reporting Ability to close tasks rapid Work Location: Office-based, WFH not allowed Experience: 4+ years in e-commerce accounting preferred
