Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced R&D; Chemist with a Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry and a minimum of 3 years of experience in research and development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out organic synthesis, process optimization, and scale-up activities while supporting product and process development initiatives within the R&D; department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and perform organic synthesis of target compounds, intermediates, and APIs.
- Plan and execute reaction optimization, purification, and scale-up studies.
- Conduct process development and improvement for existing and new products.
- Analyze reaction mixtures and products using HPLC, GC, NMR, IR, TLC, and other analytical techniques.
- Maintain detailed experimental records, data sheets, and technical documentation.




- Troubleshoot synthetic and process-related challenges effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytical, production, and quality control departments.
- Ensure compliance with Positive Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety standards.
- Support technology transfer from lab scale to pilot or production scale.
- Prepare reports, SOPs, and project summaries for internal review and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

- M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in R&D; (pharmaceutical, chemical, or related industries).
- Strong knowledge of reaction mechanisms, synthetic methodologies, and process chemistry.
- Experience with chromatographic and spectroscopic analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹14,746.95 - ₹18,000.00 per month
