Screening the candidate's resumes as per job requirement and contacting relevant candidates
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Coordinating with recruitment agencies for candidates
Key Skills/Abilities:
Work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
Direct Recruitment abilities in Agri Business, B2B or B2C Ecommerce (Apparel) or BFSI
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
