Hiring: Sales Coordinator – E-Commerce

Location: Panchkula

Experience: 1–3 years in e-commerce ops or Sales Coordination

Key Responsibilities

- Upload, update, and manage product listings across e-commerce portals (Amazon, Flipkart, brand website, etc.) ensuring accurate specs, images, and pricing.
- Track daily orders from placement through fulfillment, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Track stock levels across sales channels, flag low inventory, and coordinate with supply chain to avoid stock-outs.
- Handle portal tickets, NDRs (Non-Delivery Reports), customer returns, and claim settlements with market platforms.
- Generate daily/weekly sales reports, track order status,



and analyze platform data to identify inventory or fulfillment bottlenecks.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with e-commerce vendor portals (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.) and proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Core Competencies: Robust organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and quick problem-solving under tight operational deadlines.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
