Role Description

The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Jaipur, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, presenting Mixtudio’s creative services to prospective clients, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing. The specialist will coordinate with the creative and digital marketing teams to align proposals and campaigns with client needs, while tracking performance metrics and reporting on outcomes. Daily responsibilities include client outreach, follow-ups, preparing sales decks and marketing collateral, supporting promotional campaigns, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and brand representation. The role also includes contributing to market research, participating in training sessions, and helping refine sales and marketing strategies to grow Mixtudio’s client base.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills and a client-focused approach to Customer Service.




- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Training and Sales Management to support team development and sales processes.
- Candidates should possess basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and familiarity with creative or agency environments.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, ability to work in a hybrid setup from Jaipur, and proficiency with common productivity and CRM tools.
- Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or account management; a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
