Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Angamaly, Kerala (On-site)
Experience: Freshers / 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and promote our IT services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be confident in handling client meetings and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, and social media.
- Conduct client meetings (online and offline) to understand business requirements and present company services.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Coordinate with the technical and project teams for smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular sales reports.




- Represent the company at networking events and business meetings when required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in IT sales or digital marketing sales is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, or software solutions.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
