Additional Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve agency sales targets and drive business growth in the retail insurance segment.
- Manage and nurture relationships with agency partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the agency sales team to enhance their performance and professional development.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales approaches.
- Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards across all agency operations.
- Drive recruitment, training, and onboarding of new agency partners to expand the distribution network effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing to design and execute promotional campaigns tailored for agency channels.
- Resolve escalated issues from agency partners promptly to maintain strong business relationships and uphold company reputation.
