Role Overview

We are looking for a BOQ Pricing & Design Engineer to read fire hydrant and sprinkler CAD drawings, prepare accurate quantity take-offs, and build costed BOQs for tenders and client proposals across fire protection projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings for fire hydrant, sprinkler, and firefighting piping layouts Prepare detailed BOQs from drawings and tender documents (pipes, valves, hydrants, sprinklers, pumps, fittings) Carry out quantity take-off as per NBC 2016, NFPA 13/14/20, IS 15105, and TAC/CII norms Perform costing and rate analysis using vendor quotes, market rates, and margin structures Coordinate with the design team, vendors, and system integrators for pricing inputs Support tender submissions, technical-commercial comparisons,



and client BOQ justifications

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD (reading drawings; drafting ability a plus) Solid command of MS Excel (rate analysis, BOQ templates, TCO models) Working knowledge of NFPA / NBC / IS codes for hydrant and sprinkler systems Understanding of pipe classes (MS/GI/DI); hydraulic calculation exposure is a plus Familiarity with brands such as Newage, Kirloskar, Sharpe, or Ashirwad

Good to Have

- Exposure to the Notifier / Honeywell ecosystem Experience with FM Global / TAC-approved products Prior stint with a system integrator or fire protection contractor

Compensation & Logistics

- As per industry standards, commensurate with experience Based out of Delhi office, with site visits as required

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
