- Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Retail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting enterprise-level business applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting and communicate technical information clearly.
- Familiarity with system integration concepts and business process workflows.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize issues based on business impact.
