Nucleus City Mall is looking for an experienced and dynamic Mall Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, tenant relationships, customer experience, and overall business performance of the mall. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in shopping mall or commercial property management.

The Mall Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maximizing occupancy and footfall, maintaining high service standards, and coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of the shopping mall and ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, retailers, and business partners.
- Coordinate with the leasing team to support tenant occupancy and retention.
- Monitor housekeeping, security, maintenance, parking, and facility management services.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, fire safety norms, and operational SOPs.
- Plan and execute promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and customer engagement activities in coordination with the marketing team.
- Analyze footfall,



occupancy, revenue, and operational performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Address customer and tenant concerns promptly and professionally.
- Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance reviews for management.
- Coordinate with government authorities, vendors, contractors, and service providers when required.
- Lead, train, and supervise the mall operations team to maintain service excellence.

Required Skills

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mall management
- Solid leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in shopping mall, retail, or commercial property operations.
- Good understanding of facility management and tenant coordination.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Budget management and operational planning.
- Customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
