Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers.

Explain company services and generate leads.

Follow up with prospects and maintain call records.

Coordinate with internal teams for lead conversion.

Resolve customer complaints by identifying the problem and providing appropriate solutions.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Skills required:-

Valuable verbal and written communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Problem-solving and active listening abilities.

Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.

Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.

Remuneration : Upto INR Rs 18000/- ( depend on skill ) with other facility as per company policy as on due course

Preferred Candidate Profile

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.





1 or 2 years of experienced on the same field.

Good communication skills in English and any one of the following: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam, Hindi (Optional)

Good interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working from Office

Candidate willing to relocate are also welcome

Its a in office work and there is no field work.

Basic computer knowledge with the ability to use MS Office and internet applications.
