Job Description:

The IT Infrastructure Executive will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the company’s IT infrastructure to ensure reliable and secure operations. This role requires hands-on experience with network management, server administration, hardware/software troubleshooting, and IT security protocols.

Job Reasonability:

· Infrastructure Management
Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure including servers, storage, network devices, and data centers to ensure optimal performance and availability

· Network Administration
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks to ensure stable and secure connectivity across all locations.

· Server & Storage Administration
Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux), storage solutions, and backup systems to support business operations.

· Security & Compliance
Implement and monitor IT security measures including firewalls, antivirus solutions, and access controls to protect company data and ensure compliance with relevant IT policies.

· Incident & Problem Management
Respond promptly to IT incidents, diagnose infrastructure issues, and implement root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences.

· Vendor Coordination
Liaise with hardware and software vendors for procurement, installation, support, and maintenance contracts.

· Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of IT infrastructure assets, configurations, licenses, and prepare regular reports on system health and performance.





· User Support & Training
Provide technical support to end-users related to infrastructure issues and conduct training sessions to enhance user awareness and system utilization.

· Disaster Recovery Planning
Assist in developing and testing disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of critical system failures.

· Continuous Improvement
Proactively evaluate new technologies and infrastructure upgrades to improve system efficiency, scalability, and security.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience managing IT infrastructure in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and firewall management.
- Experience with Windows Server, Linux administration, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and hybrid cloud solutions is a plus.
- Good understanding of IT security best practices and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communic.ation and vendor management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
