We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth by developing current customers, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, and team coordination, preferably in the FMCG, HORECA, frozen foods, bakery ingredients, or food service industry. Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new B2B customers, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, corporate offices, supermarkets, and distributors.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Expand the company's customer base and increase market penetration.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, FMCG, HORECA, food distribution, or retail sales.




- Experience in distributor handling, key account management, and territory development is preferred. (Food Infotech)

Skills Required

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication in Tamil and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Customer relationship management.
- Team leadership and mentoring.
- Market analysis and business planning.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹18,524.75 - ₹30,490.89 per month
