We specialize in Revit modeling, CAD drafting, BIM coordination, permit drawing sets, and 3D visualization.

Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and articulate Business Development Executive to handle international sales conversations with enterprise clients in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.

Key Responsibilities: ● Respond to and engage with qualified leads from architecture, engineering, and construction firms. ● Present RDT's services clearly and confidently through email, video calls, and proposals. ● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff and project delivery. ● Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients to keep the sales pipeline active. ● Maintain up-to-date client interaction records in the CRM.



● Spend at least 1.5 hours daily during the evening (US time) to email and call clients to align with their working hours. ● Track performance and report progress to the sales head regularly.

Requirements: ● 3-5 years of international B2B sales or client-facing experience (AEC industry preferred). ● Strong communication and presentation skills. ● Familiarity with CRM platforms. ● Ability to understand and explain technical services like BIM, CAD, and construction documentation. ● Comfortable adjusting work schedule to include evening hours for US client communication.

Preferred Qualifications: ● Background in architecture, construction, engineering, or technical services is a plus. ● Experience handling US or Canadian clients.
