We're Hiring – Accounts Manager Location: Warje, Pune Work Mode: Work From Office Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 5+ Years Salary Package:₹4.20 LPA (CTC) About the Role We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and overall financial management.

Key Responsibilities - Handle GST returns, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.

- Manage TDS calculation, deduction, payment, and return filing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and vendor payment processing.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Prepare MIS reports and financial documentation.

Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com).





- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Robust knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Good understanding of GST and TDS compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.
