* Make outbound calls to potential customers.
* Explain real estate projects and answer customer queries.
* Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits.
* Follow up with interested customers regularly.
* Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures.
* Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
## Candidate Requirements
* 6 months to 1 year of telecalling or telesales experience.
* Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory).
* Good Hindi communication skills.
* Punjabi speaking candidates will be an added advantage.
* Energetic and confident voice with robust convincing skills.
* Quick learner with a positive attitude.
* Strong follow-up and customer handling skills.
* Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
