Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Credit Analyst to join our team at Ishika Capital Private Limited. In this role, you will evaluate loan applications, analyse financial statements, assess creditworthiness, and recommend credit decisions to manage lending risk for our retail/business loans.

Key Responsibilities

- Credit Appraisal: Review and evaluate loan applications, financial statements, bank statements, and tax returns (ITR) to assess financial health and creditworthiness.
- Bureau & Risk Verification: Analyse CIBIL/Credit Bureau reports, perform verification checks, and identify potential credit risks or frauds.
- Underwriting & Assessment: Prepare Credit Assessment Notes (CAM) with recommendations on loan approval limits, eligibility, interest rates, and terms.
- Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure all credit approvals align with the company’s internal credit policy, regulatory guidelines, and risk framework.
- Portfolio Monitoring:



Assist in tracking loan portfolio performance, identifying early warning indicators, and minimising Non-Performing Assets (NPAs).

Job Requirements

- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance), or related fields.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in credit appraisal, risk assessment, or loan processing within an NBFC, bank, or fintech.

Skills Required:

- Strong understanding of financial ratio analysis, balance sheet reading, and cash flow evaluation.
- Proficiency in CIBIL report analysis and loan verification processes.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Sharp attention to detail, analytical mindset, and decision-making skills.
